Bill has been a certified clubfitter since 1995. He is currently Certified to fit for Cobra Golf, Callaway Golf, Titleist Golf, and Nike Golf. BILL IS CURRENTLY ON SRIXON GOLFS' CLUB PROFESSIONAL STAFF.

Bill Scott has been teaching the game of golf since 1991 and has been certified in club fitting since 1995. He achieved his membership in the PGA of America in 1997; placing in the top 5% of his class. Currently, Bill is working his way towards PGA Certified Professional status in golf instruction through the PGA of America. In addition, he is currently seeking a degree in Sports Psychology with a minor in Physiology.

Bill is the Director of Instruction for the Don Law Golf Academy at Osprey Point Golf Course as is currently serving as the Southeast Chapter PGA Awards Chairman. He is the past Southeast Chapter PGA Junior Golf Chairman of the South Florida Section and was so from 2004-2009. Bill won the 2006, 2007 and 2010 Junior Golf Leader of the Year for the Southeast Chapter of the South Florida PGA and 2011 Junior Golf Leader of the Year for the South Florida Section. These awards recognize a PGA golf professional who is a leader in junior golf, reflects the qualities and ideals of those who work with our nation's youth, and provides opportunities and experiences for juniors to learn and play golf. In 2009, 2010 & 2011 , Bill was recognized by US Kids as one of Nations Top 50 Instuctors to youth golfers in the United States. In 2012 he was recognized as a MASTER INSTRUCTOR by US Kids Golf. He has also been involved with award winning junior programs in the Middle Atlantic section of the PGA, as well as, organized countless junior programs.

In 2015 Bill was nationally recognized as a Top 50 GOLF PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTOR by the PGA of America's GRAA Magazine.

In 2015 Bill was recognized by his fellow PGA Professionals with the PLAYER DEVELOPMENT AWARD for the South Florida PGA.

In 2012 Bill was recognized by his fellow PGA Professionals as the the TEACHER OF THE YEAR for the SEC South Florida PGA.

Bill teaches golfers of all abilities and has been instrumental in the creation of beginner ladies clinics and has also taught club champions and professionals’. His passion for the game is reflected in his exceptional ability to effectively communicate the technical information of the golf swing to his students. It is this ability to communicate that makes Bill such an effective instructor for the student and their swing.
